Rapid identification and condition assessment of dead, dying and dangerous trees — delivering programme-ready, consent-supported data across power networks.
UA-5's resilience survey model is designed for rapid deployment across defined geographic delivery blocks. Our surveyors conduct condition assessments and secure landowner consents simultaneously, giving operations teams the data and permissions they need to act without delay.
The service is available across the UK and Ireland, with surveyors experienced in the consent and access requirements of both markets.
Site lists and geographic block data reviewed and acknowledged. All required inductions and programme briefings completed. Surveyors briefed on area-specific access protocols, consent requirements and programme standards. Block sequencing and delivery schedule confirmed.
Condition assessments conducted using GPS-enabled tablets. Species, condition class, risk rating and recommended works recorded for each identified tree. Access constraints and site conditions noted. Landowner consent records completed in programme-compliant format at point of survey. Safety-critical sites flagged for immediate escalation.
Completed consent and survey data submitted on a daily basis. Access issues, unresponsive landowners or programme deviations reported within 24 hours. Data reviewed for completeness and consistency before entry into the programme record.
Weekly progress summaries provided by block and surveyor output. Final QA-cleared dataset delivered on block completion with all consent evidence and site records. Full audit trail maintained throughout.
Indicative output: A minimum of 3–5 consented sites per surveyor per day under standard access and site conditions. A mobilisation plan and block-by-block schedule will be confirmed at engagement.
