Our Methodology

Site-by-site, digitally recorded

Pre-Mobilisation

Survey boundaries, site locations and client objectives confirmed. Digital mapping layers established and control datasets loaded. Surveyors briefed on area-specific hazards, access arrangements and any client-specific safety or reporting requirements.

Field Survey

Vegetation clearance assessments conducted using GPS-enabled tablets at each assigned site. Species, proximity to infrastructure, growth direction and access notes captured. All infringements and risk areas photographed. Works recommendations recorded in compliance with BS3998 where applicable.

Data Validation & QA

Automated validation checks for data completeness and spatial consistency. Manual inspection of complex or anomalous sites before release. All outputs reviewed against client specification.

Reporting & Delivery

Data delivered in agreed formats. Weekly progress summaries and clearance priority reports provided. Transparent audit trail maintained for all collected data and consents. Final QA-cleared dataset on area completion.
