UA-5 provides fully qualified and ticketed Permit Holders to support outage operations across the UK and Ireland. Our Permit Holders play a critical role in maintaining the safety, control and coordination of shutdown works — ensuring all activity undertaken on the network adheres to the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.
Working closely with DNOs, Tier 1 contractors and cutting teams, our Permit Holders deliver a seamless, end-to-end outage management contribution — from pre-work safety checks through to network restoration.
