Overview

Environmental compliance before works begin

UA-5 provides habitat risk assessments to identify ecological sensitivities that could affect the delivery of vegetation management and infrastructure works. Our assessments ensure that all works remain compliant with relevant environmental legislation, protecting both the environment and the programme from unnecessary delay or legal exposure.

All works are completed in strict compliance with relevant wildlife protection legislation including the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and associated Irish legislation where applicable.
